How to Apply and Join the Syrian American Academics Society (SAAS)

The Syrian American Academics Society (SAAS) opens its membership to Syrian academics and researchers who wish to contribute to building an active and impactful scientific community.

Membership Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Reside in the United States of America, Canada, or Mexico.
  • Hold a postgraduate degree (Master’s or PhD), regardless of the country where the degree was obtained.
  • Medical doctors (physicians) are not eligible for membership in the association.
  • Students who hold a Bachelor’s degree and are currently enrolled in a postgraduate (graduate) program are allowed to apply for membership.

Registration Process

  1. Complete the membership application form via the association’s official website.
  2. Attach the required academic information.
  3. The application will be reviewed by the Membership Review Committee, and the applicant will be contacted in case of acceptance.
